Reservation of the apartment is unambiguous with the approval of the rules of the MILTON PARK.
The following rules have been developed in order to ensure your safety and peaceful stay.

1. Pre-booking

To make a pre-booking, please call or E-mail. By calling + 48 792 274 098 or by sending a message miltonpark@o2.pl

2. Guaranteed booking

To make a guaranteed booking you must pay a deposit of 30% of the cost of the booked stay up to a maximum of 1 days from the time of booking. In the title of the transfer you should specify: name and date of reservation.

3. Prices and terms of payment

1. Payment for the whole period of stay at MILTON PARK The guest is not regulated at the latest on the day of accommodation.

2. Rental prices of apartments are determined by the price list.

3. Receivables for services are regulated by cash. We do not make payments with a payment card.

4. The payout unit is PLN (PLN) and Euro (EUR).

5. Minimum stay is four nights.

6. In case of early departure than planned, MILTON PARK will not reimburse the fees paid for unused stay.

4. Accommodation and check-out

1. Stay overnight from 14:00 first day until 10:00 last day of stay.

2. Arrival should take place in the hours set with the person responsible for handing over the keys. The client is obliged to inform the person not later than the day before the scheduled arrival time of the keys.

3. MILTON PARK reserves the right not to issue keys to aggressive people, under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Do not check out until At 10:00 on the last day of stay, MILTON PARK charges for a further 24 hours, but does not constitute an extension of stay.

5. Terms of use of the apartments.

1. The apartment can not accommodate more people than the type of apartment.

2. Guests are required to observe the silence at night from 22:00 to 06:00.

3. The apartment is strictly forbidden to smoke, except for the designated areas (balcony, terrace).

4. The landlord is not responsible for the things left in the apartment.

5. The guest is obliged to immediately report any flaws in the apartment during their stay. An adequate monetary compensation will be charged for defects resulting from the Guest's fault.

6. Liability for damage

1. The guest is liable for any damage done to the building, the apartment and its equipment.

2. In the case of lost keys, Guest is obliged to pay a fee of 150 PLN.

By making a reservation, the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of making the reservation and completing the registration duty in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997. The subscriber shall have the right to access his / her personal data and update them.
